Robert Sperber

Managing Director/Investments

Robert began his investment industry career in 1992 at Shearson Lehman Brothers, after serving as a Public Accountant at Weiser LLC.  Prior to Stifel’s acquisition of Barclays Wealth and Investment Management, Americas, in 2015, where he served as Managing Director, he worked at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney and UBS Financial Services. 

Robert has been recognized as one of Florida’s Best-in-State Wealth Advisors for 2020, 2021, and 2022 by Forbes and has been a member of Stifel’s Chairman’s Council since 2016. 

Robert earned a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Miami and holds Series 7, 31, 63, and 65 securities licenses.  He serves as a member of the University of Miami president’s council and treasurer at Deering Bay Yacht and Country Club.  He lives in Coral Gables with his wife, Debbie, and two sons, Noah and Gavin, and enjoys fishing and golf.

James Hafele, CFP

Director/Investments

James began his investment industry career in 2004 and joined Stifel in 2015 upon its acquisition of Barclays Wealth and Investment Management, Americas.  Prior to Barclays, he served as a Financial Advisor with UBS Financial Services, where he first worked with Robert.  He then joined Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, before becoming a Vice President at Barclays. 

James has been featured on the America’s Top Next-Gen Wealth Advisors list in 2019, 2020 and 2021, as well as one of New York’s Best-in-State Wealth Advisors in 2021 and 2022 by Forbes. 

James earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of Buffalo (SUNY) and holds Series 7, 31, and 66 securities licenses, as well as life, health, and variable insurance licenses (including annuities).  In addition, James draws on the knowledge gained from attaining the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification to help his clients navigate the wealth planning process, listening to their goals and tailoring a detailed plan that aligns with their financial goals and lifestyle.

James lives in Dallas and enjoys playing golf in his free time.

Tracy Kramer

Tracy joined Stifel in 2023 and brings with her more than 20 years of financial services and insurance industry experience, including positions at Mastercard and Marsh McLennan.  Tracy digs deep to build long-lasting relationships with her clients and helps them develop customized wealth management plans tailored to their unique needs and goals. 

Tracy earned a B.S.B.A. from the University of Florida and an MBA from the University of Miami.  She holds Series 7, 63, and 65 securities licenses, as well as life, health, and variable insurance licenses (including annuities).

Tracy was born and raised in Miami, and enjoys jogging, boating, and traveling in her spare time.

Ryan Masters

Assistant Vice President/Client Service

Ryan began his financial services career in 2009 with Robert and James at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney.  Prior to joining Stifel in 2015, he worked as an Assistant Vice President at Barclays Wealth and Investment Management, Americas. 

Ryan earned a B.S. in Accounting from Manhattan College, where he was a member of the school’s baseball team.  He lives in Davie, Florida, with his wife, Ashley, and daughters, Adalyn and Emilia. 

Eduardo Delgado

Registered Client Service Associate

Eduardo joined Stifel in 2020 as a Client Service Associate.  Prior to Stifel, he worked as a Junior Financial Analyst at Newlink Group.

Eduardo earned a B.S.B.A. in Finance from Nova Southeastern University.  He lives in Miami Lakes, Florida, and enjoys watching and playing baseball in his free time.
